The map attached to the slide was great, however, the slide had to be aired up every couple of hours of use

I’ve had it less than 10 days. I’ve had to blow up multiple times I thought was maybe the heat. But even when it was raining it’ deflated. Please advise how go about sending back

Could not get mat to blow up to firm. Slide could only hold 1 kid at a time.
