Returns
•You have 30 calendar days from the date you purchased it to return an item.
•To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will provide a refund for new, unopened merchandise only.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• You are responsible for shipping back the merchandise at your own expense.
• We do not credit for shipping fees either to or from the customer if an item or part is returned.
• If you intend to return an unused item for a refund, please reach out to our Customer Care team at customercare@wowwatersports.com or call us at 844-969-9063 and we will help you through the return and refund process.
Refunds
• WOW Sports Inc. can only refund purchases made at wowsports.com.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days after refund approval, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please check with your card or bank to see if you have received your refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
