After unpacking and blowing up, the kids started playing on it and it soon started losing air. I would like to have it shipped back for free and have it replaced with a new one

It's tricky to get enough air in at the end to attain a really firm inflation.
When used IN the pool (floating), two people are needed to hold the slide in place. Otherwise, the rider goes straight down while the slide moves back out from under them. It could be unsafe if it catches the rider by surprise, or impacts someone standing behind the slide.

The pool I sent to my son turned out to be too big for his back yard and pool! Unfortunately he had to return it . The customer service was MORE than helpful in returning it! You couldn’t ask for any better! Thank you WOW , you ARE the BEST!!!!
