If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry, we're here to help.


You have 30 calendar days from the date you purchased it to return an item.
Prior to shipping your item, please reach out to our Customer Care team at or call us at 844-969-9063 and we will help you through the return and refund process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for shipping back the merchandise at your own expense.


As we are maintaining physical distancing at all facilities, processing times may be slower than usual and could take up to 2-3 weeks to process the return and refund. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days after refund approval, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please check with your card or bank to see if you have received your refund.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
